We are passionate about your renovation and are meticulous with everything we do to guarantee top quality. To ensure we not just meet, but exceed your expectations, we have outlined a simple step-by-step guide of our process so that you know what to expect.
Step 1: Initial Contact to gain a better understanding of your requirements and how we can better support you through this process. The first contact is usually via phone or a virtual Teams meeting.
Step 2: Mood Board Ideas – This is your opportunity to spam us with things you like and dislike so that we can tailor our designs more accurately to you and your family.
Step 3: Consultation – When we gain a better idea of what your requirements are, we schedule a meeting at the property to discuss and measure the area of the home we will work in.
Step 4: Design Stage – If you would like to proceed with us designing your ideal space, a small design fee of R750 is required to design your ideal area using our 3D design software. We can alter the design as much as needed until you are 100% satisfied in all aspects of the design. If you decide to proceed with us, the design fee will be deducted from the quote price and will become a standard part of our service to you.
Step 5: Select your style – Once the design has been finalised, we will continue to agree the finer details like the colour, fittings and features of your new space.
Step 6: Accepting and Completing the Work – When you are ready to proceed, all you need to do is sign the quotation to accept the work and T&C’s. We will then get everything ready to start your project.

Whether it’s a kitchen, bathroom or your new braai room a lot of effort and time goes into designing your perfect living space, and we want to make sure we do it right for you. We charge a R 750 once-off design fee, to design and provide high quality 3D imaging of your project. If you decide to proceed with us, the fee is deducted from the quote price and becomes a standard item of the service we provide.
There are several factors to consider when doing a home renovation of any kind, some of these items might not be something that you have considered. There could be situations which would call for a new ceiling to be installed or all new flooring in the area you are working in. Please consider that we might need to redo (either partially or fully) floors, ceilings, tiling, plaster and skim walls, insert new electrical or plumbing points and paint the areas depending on your project.
We are a turnkey business which takes all areas of a job into consideration when presenting our customers with a quotation. We take care to ensure our prices quoted includes everything you need to transform the required area into what you want.
Unless stated otherwise (we might estimate a price for a tile, door handle or sanitaryware, but you might pick a differently priced item), the price we quote is the price you pay.
Yes, we have a dedicated person to manage your project, but also assign a secondary person who will always be familiar with your project should you need at any time. This ensures that no matter what, we are there for you to complete the project as planned without delays.
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year, however, all manufacture guarantees apply. Some manufactures like Blum include a lifetime guarantee whereas some electronic suppliers like Defy will include a 2 year warrantee.
We are located in the northern suburbs of the Western Cape but operate in a wide area that spans from Simon’s Town up to the West Coast and all the way to the Franschhoek area.
We are a ‘one-stop shop’ for all your needs from design, compliance certificates, demolition, electrical, and plumbing. Often suppliers will require customers to find their own tillers, electricians, plumbers, etc. whereas we will provide a turnkey service. We utilise state-of-the-art 3D photo quality design software which provides an edge of superiority to any project.
