We thank you for the opportunity to turn your home renovation into your ideal living space. We are passionate about your renovation and are meticulous with everything we do to guarantee top quality.
To ensure we not just meet, but exceed your expectations, we have outlined a simple step-by-step guide of our process so that you know what to expect.
Step 1: Initial Contact to gain a better understanding of your requirements and how we can better support you through this process. The first contact is usually via phone or a virtual Teams meeting.
Step 2: Mood Board Ideas – This is your opportunity to spam us with things you like and dislike so that we can tailor our designs more accurately to you and your family.
Step 3: Consultation – When we gain a better idea of what your requirements are, we schedule a meeting at the property to discuss and measure the area of the home we will work in.
Step 4: Design Stage – If you would like to proceed with us designing your ideal space, a small design fee of R750 is required to design your ideal area using our 3D design software. We can alter the design as much as needed until you are 100% satisfied in all aspects of the design. If you decide to proceed with us, the design fee will be deducted from the quote price and will become a standard part of our service to you.
Step 5: Select your style – Once the design has been finalised, we will continue to agree the finer details like the colour, fittings and features of your new space.
Step 6: Accepting and Completing the Work – When you are ready to proceed, all you need to do is sign the quotation to accept the work and T&C’s. We will then get everything ready to start your project.
